*QA Tester Northern, NJ 6 Months Contract Need Local to NJ.* *Must-haves* 5-7 years of quality assurance testing experience, must have automated and manual experience 3+ years of experience doing performance testing Must know how to work with the following tools: QTP, performance center and loadrunner Must have experience doing testing in a Java environment Must have a Bachelor's Degree Experience doing test in a web services environment *Plusses* It would be a huge plus if the person had done testing in an identity management or application access management environment *Role* Candidate will be working in a Java, REST, XML environment. Primary responsibilities will include 30% automation testing, 30% manual testing and 40% performance testing. Candidate will oversee and actively participate in performance test execution, and the development of performance testing artifacts, including performance test requirements, defect tracking and reporting, performance test plans, cases, scripts, reports, etc. for assigned projects. Provide expertise on performance testing capabilities, use of Load Runner. Participate in planning, estimating and prioritizing processes to ensure successful execution of performance testing activities. Candidate will work closely with the development team to provide accurate feedback on results on test cases and updates on defect tracking.
