*Location: Sunny Vale, CA* *Duration: 6 months* Must Have Skills: • Experience managing and defining elements necessary for complex logistics and field support processes in an CRM in services modules • Familiarity with related aspects of customer related data, e.g. addresses, contacts, installed base, warranties, service contracts, etc. • Previously mapped enterprise level IT & business process relationships and cross-functional data pathways throughout multiple systems (ERP/CRM/Web Portal/3rd Party) • Planned, generated and executed the complete and specific UAT testing necessary for ensuring the quality of a solution. • Experience with providing end user training. • Experience with CRM based applications & processes; understand the SAP customization processes. • Experience with customer facing business operations and necessary high tech business model like CISCO, HP, etc • Experience with gathering essential data used for the end-to-end licensing business processes enablement. • Excellent attention to detail and strong requirements gathering, analysis experience on large scale and cross-functional type projects. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including documentation and functional design specs • Excellent analytic skills; prior experience performing business systems analysis • Knowledge of tools and processes • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Creative problem solver • Familiar with Software Development practices and QA methods, tools like HPQC • Experienced working with remote teams (e.g. Offshore Development/QA, remote users, remote co-workers) • Ability to work collaboratively with other business analysts and cross functional peers to meet deadlines • Knowledgeable about the subject matter being supported • Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects of self and others • Ability to handle multiple, moderately complex activities/projects concurrently Education & Experience: • Minimum of 8 years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in the CRM, Licensing and domain experience is required. 8 to 10 years of experience is preferred. CRM experience is a must. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science OR equivalent experience is required. • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex tasks. • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
