Candidate & Write-Up Criteria:
? Technical lead with extensive SAP experience
? ABAP experience
? Ideally SAP ECC development experience

*Primary Purpose:*
Govern day to day operations of SAP technical developers for SAP Sections
(SM/ORF/GTS) within Application Development.
Typical responsibilities will include:
o Interfacing with external programs/projects to clarify requirements
o Performing in-depth analysis related to complex system issues
o Analyzing and developing potential solutions
o Implement best practices/standards as it relates to Advance Business
Application Programming (ABAP) Landscape
o Providing functional and ABAP expertise to development team;
collaborating and reviewing, coaching, mentoring, leading trouble shooting
of critical problems and performance tuning.

*Experience programming in the following technical areas:*
o Reporting (conventional and interactive)
o Userexits, BDC and Call-Transaction
o Interfaces including ALE, IDOC, and BAPI o Module Pool (on-line dialog)
o SAPScript and Smart-Forms
o Object Oriented ABAP, and Business Add-Ins, Enterprise Services
o Expert in using ABAP Workbench tools such as ABAP Debugger, ABAP
Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Area Menus, SAP Script, Function Builder,
Transactions, and Business Object Builder.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
? Ability to lead technical teams, define technical strategy and roadmaps,
oversee integration of business solution, technical advisor to project
leads and management, serve as point of contact for technical design issues
across all functional areas, coordination with key stakeholders.
? Work as a technical consultant with clients, analysts, and team members
to develop SAP ERP solutions to meet complex business needs.
? Review technical and business processes, standards and procedures making
recommendations for continuous improvement.
? Prioritize and balance SAP workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
? Ensure reported problems are resolved in a timely manner, tracked
according to standards, and escalated problems are resolved as appropriate.
? Excellent Problem Analysis and troubleshooting skills are required
? Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT
areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
? Manage the support peripheral systems and interfaces related to SAP ERP
Solution, such as printer, RF Gun.
? Possess strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project
management skills to effectively collect requirements, identify
alternatives, design and build solutions, ensure quality and measure
results.
? Discuss and implement SM/ORF/GTS process improvements, maintain an
awareness of functional best practices, and partner with the user community
and business user leadership about future technology needs and the
development of a technology roadmap

*Required Skills and Competencies:*
? 5-6 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in managing people and
applications design and development 10-12 years of experience or equivalent
proficiency SAP development experience in ECC 6.0 utilizing the new SAP
NetWeaver ABAP technologies.
? 3-5 years experience with SM/ORF/GTS. Experience with other modules is a
plus.
? Demonstrated experience with large Enterprise ERP implementations in the
areas of technical design specification, development, implementation life
cycle Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts and
ideas to IT development teams.
? Experience with SAP archiving and workflow development is a plus
