I have a position for given profile: ** *Role: QC Administrator Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6 months* * Job Description:* • Administer QC to maintain and add new projects, fields, workflows, etc. as needed. • Maintain user accounts and authentication via LDAP/Active Directory. Ensure users have the right roles/permissions to accomplish their goals. • Support multiple ongoing projects. • Work with the Validation team to define and implement solutions that ensure regulatory compliance. • Assess need for QC upgrades; specify, execute and verify upgrade procedures. • Develop integrations to related systems to exchange requirements and defect information. • Create QC dashboards and reports. Work with the BI team to produce advanced metrics and reporting capabilities. • Develop accelerators related to Quality Center • Effective utilization of Quality Center license • Consult with IT and business staff to troubleshoot and resolve all QC issues. Interface with HP as needed.
