Good technical knowledge ( JBOSS/Web logic, Java, MySQL, Oracle, spring,
hibernate)
Should have good communication skills.
Ability to discuss solutions with TMS architects and conclude
Should be able to interact with multiple vendors and coordinate
Track technical dependencies and close with TMS and other teams
Coordinate and build dev, QA, Staging environments
Create deployment guides
Interact with offshore team and share knowledge
Experience in working with offshore teams
Reviews and code quality checks.
