*Duration: 6+ MonthsStart: ASAP Required Skills:*
Certified Oracle DBA
Oracle 11g Support and Upgrade experience
3-5 years Experience in application development
Database upgrade
Platform migration
Cloning, Patch Management and Version Control
Good understanding of the Oracle database
Related utilities and tools
Database design and implementation
Database tuning and Performance monitoring
Technical trouble shooting.
Experience working in Financial Services Organization
Must have worked in Large Scale – Global Enterprise environment
*Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :*
Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and
related products
Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures
Monitor application related jobs and data replication activities
Write database procedures, functions and triggers
Must have worked on at least one R12 upgrade project and Platform migration
from Aix to Linux project.
Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to
development teams
Plan growth and changes (capacity planning
