Duration :- 12 Months Qualifications • Minimum 7 years experience developing large scale business systems applications. • Minimum 4 years of management experience with programming staff or 4+ years technical lead experience including leadership, planning, and coordination of development work for large projects (20+ Resources) • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality systems on time and within budget, manage development issues, and manage the technology implementation • Ability to organize team and focus on best practices, particularly regarding coding standards and quality assurance. • Strong working knowledge of development life cycle management. • Telecommunication Systems/Industry experience is a major plus. • B.S. Computer Science or Management Information Additional Qualifications: • Ensure team develops and enhances system to specifications and delivers new functionality required by the business. (Will not manage resources directly). • Workflow Management - work with management staff to understand project and business priorities, manage to project milestones, and run development schedules. • Performance Management - effectively provide appropriate direction and feedback to support project requirements. • Work in collaboration with Design and Enterprise Architecture teams. • Must support weekend deployments, as scheduled. • Must have experience managing complex, web-based systems. • Must understand nTier architectures and integrated development plans. • Skills and knowledge in Project Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design. • Solid understanding and experience with integrated software development projects - front end, middle tier, and backend. • Experience creating and implementing software, understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technologies, middleware and etc. • Understanding of the following: J2EE, Java, .Net, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, and/or Websphere or Weblogic. • Understanding of multiple operating systems, databases and network technologies. • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to gain consensus on Workgroup design and solutions for project deliverables. • Must have experience creating and facilitating opportunities for cross-team cohesion across Enterprise workgroups focused on development delivery. • Must have experience with onshore/offshore delivery.*Please send the resume to k...@alliedinformatics.com <k...@alliedinformatics.com> * Thanks & regards Moiz Khan Allied Informatics Inc. 1815 Satellite Blvd. Suite 302 Duluth, GA 30097 USA.
