To know more about *Allied Informatics *please visit us at www.alliedinformatics.com *Job Title : Unix/Linux Engineer* *Location : Woodbury, NY* *Duration : 8+ Months* Job Summary: · Seeking a Linux Systems Engineer for a long-term consulting contract. · Responsible for the support & administration of applications and server platforms used for the delivery of content/services. · Work closely with both software development teams and Q/A test teams on staging, installing and troubleshooting applications and application delivery systems. · As Systems Engineer, you'll analyze and troubleshoot potential flaws in the design of new technologies as well as develop methods of testing this technology prior to production deployment.
