Need resource who can partner effectively with other contractors and Client employees to manage work execution, set clear expectations/accurate effort estimates, and meet those estimates. Need ability to communicate clearly and concisely with IT leaders and business partners. Able to take direction from other contractors and Client employees and provide constructive recommendations as appropriate. Hands-on experience with this type of SAP Upgrade is required. Strong personal skills to not be afraid to raise concerns, issues, or alternative approaches to the work required to achieve the project requirements and the identified project timelines. Technology Hands-on experience with: • ESS EHP6 • Writing Functional Specification • ESS Configuration • SAP Module - PA/OM • Unit and Quality Assurance Testing • EHP6 ESS config, unit testing and defect resolution during QA testing.
