*Job Title: Web Delivery Manager/Project Manager * *Location: Cambridge, MA. * *Duration: 1 year. * Ideal candidates would have at least 3-5 years’ experience in web development and project coordination/management of web projects from a development and delivery perspective, worked within the software development life cycle, the ability to work well in an evolving and fast paced environment, expertise in all aspects of MS office, excellent problem solving skills and extremely strong communication and analytical skills. It is critical that the candidate have managed web (and mobile) projects with onsite and remote development teams outside of the US. *RESPONSIBILITIES * • Manage the development, maintenance and updates of web sites/applications in collaboration with third parties (agencies, software vendors and integration partners) and internal teams (data providers, business owners and stakeholders) SKILLS REQUIRED • While this role is not responsible for coding, we need someone knowledgeable about web development. • Communicates effectively with project managers, developers, clients and non-technical personnel at all levels • Understands how to work with offshore teams. • Ability to drive priorities and deadlines to completion • Maintains project documentation on a weekly basis for all assigned customers • Effectively communicates and escalates issues, roadblocks, and risks to management while maintaining responsibility for their resolution • Estimation, Scheduling and Resource Planning; REQUIREMENTS • Computer science degree or comparable project management experience • A minimum of 2 - 3 years in client-facing web/mobile project implementation engagements • Must have both technical proficiency and customer-facing skills • Well-organized, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to manage in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Team player: effectively able to drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects • Familiarity with JIRA is a bonus *Warm Regards,* *Rich* *JB Software and Consulting, Inc * *SBA certified Small Disadvantaged Business.
