*Position Title – Location:* Senior Network Engineer – Austin, TX. *Start Date*: ASAP *Estimated Duration*: 6 months with possible extension *Remote or Onsite: *On location at the Client’s site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work. *Description: *Our Client, a governmental institution, is looking for Senior Network Engineer. *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document customer reported network issues via the approved DMV ticket system; - Provide configuration recommendation and assistance in customer service deployment; - Recreate reported issues in lab with Infrastructure configuration and topology; - Work with DCS escalation and IT Infrastructure Networking team to investigate and networking hardware defects; - Analyze data traces using protocol analyzers to identify anomalies and provide solutions. *Requirements: * - Experience designing, implementing, managing, and operating support of Network Infrastructure (7+ years); - Experience in the data networking industry (7+ years); - Experience with firewalls, network security, and/or Application Delivery Switches (7+ years); - Experience with MPLS and EIGRP Routing (7+ years); - Experience performing highly complex network engineering work (5+ years); - Experience troubleshooting Layer-2/3 protocols for example, VLANs, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, IPv4/6, ARP, RIP, NAT, and Layer-4 protocols (TCP, UDP) (5+ years); - Experience with HTTP, SSL, FTP, SMTP, RTSP, SIP, Diameter, and DNS (5+ years); - Experience with technical documentation/knowledge base for internal and/or external use (5+ years); - Experience with implementation of call center applications (preferred); - Experience Deploying of Unified Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) (preferred); - Experience with implementation of Cisco Unified CCE v.8.0 Component Architecture (preferred); - BS/MS in a computer related field or equivalent work experience (preferred); - Advanced networking certifications (CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, or JNCIP) (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills; - Strong learning aptitude; - Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. *Please send the resume to [email protected] <[email protected]> * Thanks & regards Moiz Khan Allied Informatics Inc. 1815 Satellite Blvd. Suite 302 Duluth, GA 30097 USA.
