*Role: VBA Developer* *Location: NYC, NY * *Duration: 6+ Months* *No. of Positions: 1* *Must Have Skills: * · Three-plus years of hands-on experience as an MS Office developer – either in VBA, VB6, VSTO, VB.Net or C#. · Proven experience developing/shipping MS Office add-ins strongly preferred. · Advanced object oriented programming skills in .Net – preferably VB.Net · Expertise in the major MS Office applications (at least version 2007): o *Excel *– Expert knowledge of a significant majority of Excel’s native features. Financial modeling experience would be an indicator of solid Excel skills but is not a required part of the job description. o *PowerPoint* – Experience with PowerPoint as a “power user” (or near power user) which includes a thorough understanding of slide masters, designs, layouts, themes, and placeholders. Professional desktop publishing experience using PowerPoint 2007 or later would be an indicator of the desired skill level, but is not required. o *Word *– Experience with Word as a “power user” (or near power user) which includes a thorough understanding of styles, table styles, headers/footers, section breaks, and bookmarks.
