Job Title:Performance Test Lead
LOCATION: Redmond, WA
DURATION: 4 months
Feedback on interviews: Communication skills are poor. Most of them speaks
theory and are not able to relate any real time scenarios in their
professional experience. Poor in problem solving or analytical thinking.
Majority of them have only Load Runner experience ( I need someone who have
used other tools t oo). Also to note this is a very key postion which
interacts with Architecture, Dev and Infra.
SKILLS:
Someone who used open source load testing tools (java stack) in additional
commercial tools, and experience in performance testing Web Services, API,
Oracle ERP R12, eCommerce, etc.,
Multi load test tool and analysis experience
Load test tool deployment
Configuration and management experience.
