Managing a complex project schedule where there are multiple concurrent tracks of work. Managing projects using iterative or agile like development methodologies. Effectively build team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. Minimum number of years of experience required - 6 years of progressively responsible project management experience Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities 1. Run, attend and facilitate a wide variety of meetings with technical and non-technical teams 2. Manage project schedule, identifying and tracking project dependencies and critical path 3. Utilization of strong prioritization and organizational skills 4. Excellent analytical skills, allowing for the ability to distill requirements into action plans Top 3 - 5 Required Skills 1. Ability to work with a diverse stakeholder group, including clinical healthcare partners 2. Change Management 3. Risk identification and management 4. Information Technology experience, specifically with Business Intelligence 5. Managing projects using Agile/Iterative development methodologies Desired skills 1. Knowledge of healthcare 2. Software Integration technical experience 3. Vendor Management 4. PMP Soft Skills 1.
