Need GC or CITIZEN Required Skills Experience managing medium to large IT environment low latency environments, Local and Wide Area Networks, PBX and VoIP Systems, Voice and Data Circuits, Audio / Video /Web Conferencing systems and other Voice-Data integration systems Manage, leverage and influence COMPANY network hardware and service vendors to achieve desired outcomes of negotiations, meetings, implemented solutions and contracted engagements. Experience in a Low Latency environment a must Ensure appropriate staffing and support available to resolve unexpected service outages and emergencies on a 24x7 basis Provide off-hours escalation and management Provide guidance on the creation of the appropriate departmental policies and procedures. Work with minimal direction and be knowledge seeking Continuity of network performance (e.g. zero service interruption; recommendations on corrective releases and timely upgrades of hardware and software according to COMPANY change management policy) More than fifteen years experience with state-of-the-art network solutions as well as multiple years of managing network professionals Be considered an authority on network architecture and design. Ability to quickly convert business needs into technology solutions. Experience with SDN controller design (architecture, SDN controller categories, functional elements within the controllers, interfaces, topology and how policy, catalogue/model driven concept is implemented over SDN. Experience with design and implementation of East/West Ethernet Fabrics (and associated technologies - FCoE, RoCE, etc) Store authoritative configurations in version control, such as git Automate comparison of authoritative vs actual configurations, such as rancid-git Develop design principles, models, plans, internal standards, budgets, and processes based on industry best practices. Strong familiarity with Infiniband networks Knowledge of specific Cisco routing and switching platforms to include: Cisco Nexus 7000s Cisco ISRs (1800s, 2800s, 3800s), Catalyst 6500 switches 7600 series routers, Catalyst 3750 switches (including implementation of stacked configurations); experience with Cisco ASRs a plus; Expert level knowledge of routing and switching technologies including but not limited to: BGP Multicast distribution OSPF MPLS CCIE and PMP preferred Thanks & Regards, Nathan HR Executive-Talent Acquisition.
