· AVAYA Workforce Management Administrator, inContact
Administrator, AT&T Broadband, softphone expert.
· Professional project management and office skills are required.
Proven ability to evaluate and manage multiple vendors in a complex IT
environment. Proven analytical and problem solving skills required. Strong
customer service skills and ability to prioritize and execute multiple
concurrent initiatives required.
· Expert level knowledge related to the US telecom environment and
major vendors including knowledge of PBX and key systems, Workforce
Management Tools, Quality Management Tools/process. VoIP and scripting in
a call center technology and strong knowledge of mobile devices and
