We currently have an immediate requirement for a in *Software Engineer in
Mountain View, CA*. This is a 6 months *CONTRACT *position.
Responsibilities include:
· * Varying responsibilities include design and implementation of
internal tools for analyzing image feature data, and develop a novel UI for
medical devices
* Work in a cross-functional team from software, firmware, and mechanical
engineering in medical device environment
* Specialist domains: Database development to archive transactional
information, and efficiently store large quantity of image data. UI
development with WPF, .NET and similar technologies, client application
development for Windows/Linux, embedded systems and tablet apps, developer
tools (IDEs, large-scale build systems and compilers)
* Highly motivated and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills required include:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
* Strong OO skills with extensive programming experience in Visual C#, Java
and/or C++
* Multi-threaded inter-process communication
* Relational DB experience with SQL Server and/or MySQL
* Large system software design and development experience
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Brilliant problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
