This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high
complexity by working with business partners within multiple business
functions to align technology solutions with business strategies;
eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the
enterprise; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the organization
in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an
informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on
an ongoing basis.
Previous work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and
validate non-functional requirements as related to business processes,
policies and information systems.
Define and document business, and non-functional requirements using
appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals,
objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders
Translate high-level business requirements into specifications for ICD team
and manage changes to such specifications
Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and
IT from initial requirements to final implementation
Provide input to estimates for project management and change management
activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and
technology.
Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas
of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or
requested.
Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a larger
group of business analysts.
Must be able to capture current and future state processes as well as
document requirements to support them
Must have IMPECCABLY communication, documentation and presentation skills
* CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING: *Business
process modeling
Healthcare operations experience
Expert level Microsoft Access/Excel abilities.
