*Voice Architect*
*Location: Irvine, CA*
*Duration: 6 months*

This individual can't just be technical - must be able do a scope of work
and look at growth and make recommendations for a 2 to 4 year plan
This position is for a senior - level *Cisco UCCX/UCCE Engineer *with
strong understanding of contact centers and contact centers infrastructure,
in a Cisco environment. Workload will include architecture, operations
support, project work, troubleshooting and implementation for the Cisco
UCCX solution in a contact center environment.
****This individual will have the ability to understand business
requirements with a focus on not only understanding the current
architecture, but further understanding potential gaps as the company grows
over the next 2 to 4 years.
* Technical Skills:*
- A minimum of 5+ years progressive work experience with Cisco Unified
Communications product suite including, but not limited to:
- Cisco UCCX and UCCE
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Unified Presence
- Cisco enterprise call manager
- VOIP
- Experience with ACME, Cisco Cube, CO interfaces, Call Manager, IVR,
ACD, switches, routers, SRST, call routing, VOIP and UC.
- Experience working with providers like AT&T and Level 3
- SIP trucking, DID experience
- Call routing
- Automated call distribution (ACD)
- IP telephony
- Scripting
*Project Skills:*
- UCCX/UCCE Infrastructure support and management
- Installation, Implementation and configuration
- Performance and benchmarking
- Troubleshooting
- Provide on-call support
*Communication/Soft Skills:*
- Strong writing skills
- Organized and articulate
- Conflict resolution
- Strong team worker
- Capable of working with business groups and clients
- Able to handle pressure
- Independent, self-starter, needs little or no supervision
