We currently have an immediate requirement for a WF-RIA Web Developer in
San Francisco, CA. This is a *6 months CONTRACT* position.
Responsibilities include:
The candidate will be working on maintaining and extending a
JavaScript/JSP-Tag framework used extensively inside the bank. S/he will
also work on creating different Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Prototypes for
future direction, and helping translate the end product of those POCs into
Production-ready and stable code. The candidate will also provide
production support, defect fixing and other related maintenance tasks to
the framework.
Skills required include:
- Proficient with JavaScript.
- Experience building modular and scalable CSS (Object oriented
css)
- Experience optimizing web applications performance for mobile (js,
html, css).
- Responsive web (css media queries)
- Pixel perfect when coding css.
- Experience working with Eclipse.
- Experience with jQuery and JQuery mobile.
- Experience with js standalone applications (using backbone, ember,
angular, etc is fine).
- Experience handling JSON
- Proactive : )
Super big plus:
- Experience working with java environments
- Have worked with native app 'wrappers' such Phonegap.
- CSS animations
