*Duration : 5 Months *
1.Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs relating
to processing NorthSTAR (NS) Enrollment information from MAXIMUS (NS
Enrollment Broker) and processing Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign
System (TIERS) Medicaid Eligibility file for Medicaid candidates,
enrollments, updates to enrollments, withdrawals, merges, and deletes.
2.Facilitates gathering information needs and functional requirements with
internal and external stakeholders
3.Writes detailed description of user needs, business rules, user
acceptance criteria, and steps required to develop or modify computer
programs.
4.Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis,
test witnessing and certification of software.
5Works with Business Partners and Business Analysts to analyze and assist
developers in debugging changes made to CMBHS.
6.Work closely with CMBHS Project Manager to ensure resources are properly
coordinated to complete project task assignments.
7.Other duties as assigned.

4 Experience with Medicaid
4 Experience with unit testing and integration testing
2 Experience with Visual Studio 2010
