*Project Manager role ICD 10* *Location: Denver, CO or Remote* *Duration: 6 months could go a little longer* *Interview: Will hire off a phone interview* *Positions Overview:* The Project Manager is accountable for the coordination and integration of project activities across multiple, functional lines in order to develop, execute and manage to the project plan. The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of the project on schedule, within budget and to expected project outcomes. The Project Manager is expected to lead small to medium size projects of 2 to 15 team member *Position Summary:* Lead project management activities for small to medium upgrades, implementations, infrastructure, initiatives and special projects, analyze customer requirements, objectives and methodology to determine best practices. Drive the reporting and management of scope and timeline as it pertains to projects within an assigned area. Responsible for the timely resolution of issues and risks, directing the work and resource and financial planning. *Primary duties and responsibilities include:* * Create Detail project assessments and SOW's * Creates project plans and schedules. Proactively identify gaps in internal plans and external expectations. Drive projects to completion within time and budget * Develop positive relationships with other teams and clients. * Manage project environments through product lifecycle including hw/sw procurement, build and configuration, network and security configuration, and coordinate and schedule resources. * Manage metric gathering and reporting * Multitask between multiple projects and project phases * Communication Planning to disseminate project status/information/expectations to internal and external (client) resources/stakeholders *Required Skills/Preferred Skills* Leadership * Pursues excellence in all aspects of project delivery * Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement and the ability to convey the need for change * Builds expert knowledge in our practice and industry and conveys knowledge to others *Teamwork * * Evokes creative and innovative solutions from all team members * Helps to determine new, creative ways to leverage teams operating in a matrixed organization * Works across the organization to harvest and share lessons learned and best practices *Client Management* * Manages client expectations for multiple or large-scale projects * Continually seizes opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. *Education and Certifications* 3-7 years of project management experience * 2-5 years of providing leadership and direct management for a medium size team (2-15 People) * Preferred Skills: ICD-10 experience, Hosting, Healthcare, Application Transition Management, PMI Certification o Requires Bachelor's degree. o PMP preferred o PMI preferred The team is open to candidates sitting in Denver or working remotely. Please specify candidate's location in the submittal notes. Travel - 50-60% Travel could be to anywhere in the US depending on where the client is located.
