I have the following urgent requirement. *Please let me know if you are interested.* *Job Title : Pega Business Analyst * *Location : Berkeley Heights, NJ* *Duration : 6+ Months* Job Description * Responsible for organizing and scheduling business requirements analysis tasks with the Business including conducting JAD sessions. * Drive interviews with business SME's to collate functional requirements * Work with CHARTIS Business/IT SMEs and Solution Architect to draft the Program roadmap. * Work closely with development team and Chartis Business to do the analysis for the change requests needed for the past release and plan it for the next releases. * Assist in the development of Source to Target Mappings for PEGA and Cognos based reporting functions * Develop requirements artifacts - functional architecture, high-level requirements (i.e. system features) and use case inventory * Provide support in documenting all the functional deliverables (like High-level requirements, Use case Inventory) * Define Test Strategy to cover extensive data and user interface testing; Review test strategy with business and IT teams to prepare an exhaustive Test Plan. * Create System and Integration Test Cases and Test Data * Plan, document, conduct and conclude with test results the Testing activities - QA and UAT.
