Job Description:

We are hiring senior Business Analyst with airline reservation experience.

1. Subject matter expert with Airline Inventory,Flight Availability and
Schedule system from a business and functionality standpoint.
2. Extensive knowledge of Airline Reservation and merchandising system, SME
3. Working experience in these fields in a airline or a IT provider of
airline systems

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Reservations & Inventory
Product Management team in the achievement of the strategic, financial and
customer satisfaction objectives for the given portfolio of products.  This
role needs a specialist knowledge for Reservations and Inventory product
and contribute to all stages of the product life cycle including market
analysis, requirements definition and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities
*    Sales/Channel Support
o    Support bid management processes and pre-sales customer interactions
o    Support internal sales team and other channels to market
*    Product/Portfolio Innovation/Definition
o    Prepare functional requirements
o    Support Product Managers throughout the build/launch process to ensure
delivery of the right product to market, within the agreed timescales
o    Contribute to cross functional teams that ensure the timely/cost
effective and quality delivery of product developments and product
performance
o    Support and monitor partnerships and supplier relationships
*    Product/Portfolio Life Cycle Management
o    Contribute to the product roadmap throughout the lifecycle from
conception to retirement
o    Undertake market analysis to support Product Managers in the
competitive pricing of the portfolio in the marketplace to achieve desired
sales volumes/optimized profit
*    Product/Portfolio Marketing/Value Proposition/Market Intelligence
o    Contribute to product marketing activities during the lifetime of the
product including the product launch, promotional and collateral support
and sales support
*    Product/Portfolio Performance
o    Assist Product Managers in the measurement of product financial,
customer satisfaction and business objectives
*    Product Management practice
o    Comply with Product Management procedures and best practice
