Knowledge of medical terms and procedures. - Knowledge of VA regulations on privacy and security - Knowledge of the development of policy and process for the development advanced business intelligence programs. - Minimum of five years experience with methodologies for a BI solution implementation. - Must have demonstrated expertise designing MS SQL 2012 databases, tables, procedures, functions. - Demonstrated expertise designing dashboards and reports using tools provided. (SQL Reporting Service, Excel) (minimum 4 years) - Granting and Controlling Access to Critical Sensitive Data: Access Lists ~ Roles ~ User Groups - Experience implementing, managing, migration, and using encryption techniques. - Incorporate new developments into existing Maintenance Schedules and Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures - Solution(s) shall maintain iterations of changed documents and files to assist in recovery of documents inadvertently altered or deleted.
