*Duration : 6+ Months * · Management and delivery of Signature Managed Services. · Transition Projects and Programmes that are multi-geo, organisationally complex, multi-cultural environments at Global Level. · Responsible for transition kick-off meetings and overseeing transition activities and communicating status to all stakeholders , resolving transition issues, documenting risks, and developing contingency plans. · Oversees, maintains, and reports project performance status and produces weekly status reports and monthly status and program reviews. · Leads/supports all client facing Transition related activities to improve customer satisfaction. · Deliver all Transition Projects and Programmes in line . · Transition Framework and recognised best practice methodologies. · Produce detailed Transition plans with agreed milestones and interdependencies.
