Job Title: *Business Analysts with strong in JDE Manufacturing* Location: Kalamazoo, MI Duration: 12+ Months Contract
*Required Skills:* The primary focus will be on the requirements management for the Operations and Manufacturing area of JDEdwards and will include: Assisting with business case preparation; Planning and monitoring and communication of all aspects of requirements gathering and organization, translating and/or simplifying. Day to day sustainment will also be considered a portion of the assignment where the BA would support the OPS and MFG teams in understanding system functionality and assist in troubleshooting application issues Bachelor’s preferred - ok with BS in Management, or Business Admin – or just about anything else IF they have the BA and JDE experience ***Measurable performance objectives expected : Timely updates with request tracking system – AKA daily in Service Now – and meeting SLA targets on requests. A typical day in the life of a Stryker IT BA includes a brief status update meeting every morning, followed by review of open requests. Support tickets take precedence over improvement requests and will frequently involve face to face discussion with customer and/or end user. Requirements gathering and review occur as needed and typically are driven by the BA. Meetings with customers, business partners and managers drive requirements and prioritization. BA will review system functionality for possible solutions. BA may review Oracle knowledge garden. BA will analyze requirements and propose solution following standards of development within department. BA will develop requirements, design specifications, testing instructions, test cases and traceability matrices making use of existing templates for formatting and required information. Change advisory board reviews development requirements and user requests. Change control board approves deployment to production which is scheduled and implemented by CNC and/or iSeries administration group.
