*Summary:*
Notes from Manager : Seeking Technical Project Manager. This role is “in
the weeds” managing technical projects at the task level, therefore they
need to have knowledge of how the technology works – frames, LPARs, general
database info, etc.
The End To End Environment Coordination Team is responsible for managing
the overall use of all Tartan environments.
This End To End
Environment Coordinator is responsible for:
• Tartan environment technical build planning and execution including
scheduling, resource and cross-team activities coordination and system
delivery to ensure environment meets Tartan program needs.
• Coordinate and plan usage of environments based on project requirements.
• Coordinate teams and tasks for Technical Cutover events to support
Capability Drops / Business Go Lives.
• Coordinate maintenance needs, assessing the need and mitigating the risk
of different changes.
• Assist in Production Problem Management, Change Control processes, and
coordination of outages.
• Inform leadership teams and stakeholders on activities progress using
scorecard metrics and weekly status reports.
*REQUIRED*
• BA/BS preferably in computer science, business, engineering, or
equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of working with SAP Technical Administration
• Working knowledge of project principles and tools
• Demonstrated understanding of base level infrastructures (network, DNS,
Active Directory,) and how they impact the business applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate in
business terms
• Strong collaboration skills - Ability to coordinate activities among
large virtual teams
• Demonstrated project planning skills including tasks, timelines, and
risks identification
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office products.
