Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Testing role working in the following areas: Performance Testing within an Agile Project Create Performance Test Script HP Performance Tool Set Create and Execute Effective load, stress, and performance tests Performance Test Design to support distributed applications Ideally experienced in the HP Toolset including Quality Centre, Performance Centre and at least one additional performance testing toolset. Good experience in client-facing roles Ideally experience of leading small teams in project delivery Experience working within multi-location teams Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases.
