Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Project Manager/Direct Supervisor. Worker(s) may have to work evenings or weekends in order to meet business needs and/or tight deadlines. CPA’s Additional Terms and Conditions: If selected the vendor shall be require to sign and adhere to the CPA’s Additional T&Cs. The contractor shall be required to sign several security documents and also adhere to CPA’s Additional T&Cs. Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 8 Experience in process or systems analysis and design work on ERP related systems 8 Experience developing functional specifications for large projects 8 Experience performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation 8 Experience documenting functional design 8 Experience developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting results 4 Experience configuring PeopleSoft modules 4 Experience working with application users to prototype PeopleSoft modules in a workshop setting 2 Experience conducting presentations or providing instructor led training classes 2 Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 Workers must have experience with two or more of the following modules: 2 PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 – Core HR 2 PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 – Position Management 2 PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 – Payroll, including Commitment Accounting 2 PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 – Time & Labor Thanks & Regards, Nathan |Technical Recruiter | Panzer Solutions LLC.
