*Position Description:*
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting performance, performance tuning
· Developing scripts for automation
· Supporting all Linux SA activities
· Installation of third party software, presenting storage to
servers, and file system work
· Development of procedures for repeated activities
· Supporting the environment 7x24 utilizing Global staff
Skill/experience required:
• 1-3 +years of experience on Unix / Linux Operating systems.
• Experience with network troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot performance issues end to end.
• Should have strong communication skills to drive Unix / Linux issues.
• Experience with Linux Mainframe environment is a strong plus.
• Ability to develop automates process using UNIX batch/shell scripting
languages
• Should have experience with tools in an enterprise setting
• Experience in installing and upgrading software
• Experience with server provisioning, automation including kick start
• Expertise with automation tools.
• Should have abilities to manage projects independently. Require excellent
documentation skills
