*Requirements:* - 8 plus years experience in IT systems design and development preferably in medium to large corporate environments including 1+ year with Enterprise adopted toolset. - 8 plus years experience in PeopleSoft development, with broad range of technical PeopleSoft knowledge including: SQR, PeopleTools, Application Designer, - Component Interface, Integration Broker, App Engine, Process Scheduler, and/or Query. - 2+ years experience in a Linux/Oracle environment. - Experience in PeopleSoft HCM including North American Payroll, Benefits Administration, eComp, ESS, MSS, Absence Management and HRMS preferred. - Experience in Taleo TCC and/or Tibco toolset desired. - Experience in human resources, logistics and/or transportation management and business analysis is desired. - System knowledge and skills with the Enterprise adopted toolset. - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Facilitation and presentation skills preferred.
