*Drupal Developer*
*Jacksonville, FL*
*12 month contract+*
- Experience with SVN versioning tool is desirable
- Experience in agile scrum methodology of development is desirable
- igure, administer, design, develop, maintain high quality web based
applications primarily using Drupal CMS and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL,
PHP) stack
- Integrate Drupal/LAMP based web applications with other applications
using SOAP/REST based web services and HTTP posts
- Manage/maintain environment, migrate code/configuration across
environments for web applications using Drupal CMS and LAMP (Linux, Apache,
MySQL, PHP) stack
- Provide on-going production support, system administration and resolve
production issues
- Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to
details, as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT
related discipline
- 5+ years of software design and development experience, preferably in
enterprise setup following SDLC practices
- 3+ years of core experience with configuration, administration,
design, development of high quality web based applications using Drupal CMS
6.0 or above and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack
- Strong experience in developing/implementing content in Drupal CMS
- Strong experience in using/customizing/implementing Drupal themes
- Strong experience in using Drupal hooks in PHP code to customize site
behavior
- Strong experience with key web technologies - Java Script, CSS,
HTML/DHTML/XHTML, XML, Web Services
- Expert in developing/maintaining PHP code
- Strong experience with Drupal core modules, contributed modules,
views, panels, blocks etc
- Strong experience developing Drupal custom modules
- Strong experience using JavaScript debugging tools like Firebug
- Experience with Apache server administration, MySQL database
query/updates
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, Unix/Linux shell
scripting, Unix/Linux editor, Unix/Linux batch jobs
- Experience integrating Drupal/PHP based web applications with other
applications using SOAP/REST based web services and HTTP posts
- Experience integrating Drupal/PHP based web applications with other
external databases
- Experience with migrating Drupal configuration/content and PHP code
across environments
- Strong experience with database programming/development for any
relational database
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new
technologies
- Strong written communication, oral communication, inter-personnel
skills with attention to details
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet
aggressive timelines
- Team player with can-do attitude
