*Required Skills:*
5 to 10 years in thermal design of consumer electronics products.
Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Thermal Design, Heat
Transfer or Fluid Dynamics is
preferred or a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Highly motivated individual.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with manufacturing, thermal components supply chains and
cross-communications between
design, ODM and third party vendor teams
A solid understanding of materials and mechanical behavior of materials
A good balance of experimental and theoretical methods to obtain insight
into thermal phenomena, fatigue, fracture and material behavior

*Primary responsibilities include:*
Perform simulations and conduct validation experiments
Define and guide thermal experiments to characterize thermal materials,
components and systems; Analyze
thermal test data and prepare reports
