*Behavioural Change Management ConsultantCity: *
*Houston, TX1 Year Contract *

*Job Description:*
The Behavioural Change Management Consultant role is responsible for:
Execution of the following components of the Behavioural Change Management
activities on the project: Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Communication
& Engagement, Training and Analysis & Measurement. Planning and developing
the following key deliverables, in collaboration with members of the
program/project team: Change Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis,
Leadership Engagement
Plan, Communication & Engagement Plan and Change Management Plan.
Communicating regularly and effectively with stakeholders regarding project
goals, objectives, accomplishments, plans, risks, and status throughout the
project Meeting facilitation and note taking, development of decision
support packages and DE/DRB meeting materials, development of regular and
ad hoc program/project communications, and support and maintenance of
program/project SharePoint sites as necessary. Engagement with related
programs to ensure coordination of activities and alignment of messaging

*Education*:
 Minimum of 4 to 6 years of BCM-related experience in project/program
execution roles, preferably with experience on projects deploying
petro-technical applications to domestic and international Upstream business

*Experience*:
+5 Years Experience


*Preferred Skills:*The BCM Consultant requires a broad set of skills, which
should include: Proficient knowledge of behavioural change management
principles Understanding and application of CPDEP for Change or similar
structured Behavioral Change Management methodologies and techniques
Relevant project experience in the planning, development, and delivery of
behavioural change activities Broad project-based knowledge of sponsorship,
communications, change networks and readiness, user adoption, and training
disciplines Experience in a BCM role in an IT development environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to
communicate with stakeholders at all levels Professional presence and
strong facilitation and coaching abilities Proficiency with Microsoft
Office Suite tools, including very strong PowerPoint skills Excellent
organizational skills Solid understanding of IT development and deployment
approaches, life-cycles and methods Demonstrated ability to work
effectively as a member of a project team and deliver business results
Demonstrated personal commitment to Operational Excellence (OE) Able to balance
and support the BCM requirements of multiple projects
