We are looking for Systems Analyst that has experience with analysis and
design of ETL systems Ab Initio or Cognos preferred). Healthcare insurance
project work is highly preferred.
Job Description
Develops high-level design and functional specifications, produces
deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post
implementation support for projects involving ETL processing and reporting,
such as IT Care Coordination.
Responsible for the design and development of IT solutions based on
business requirements documents.
Assists business analysts by clarifying requirements during requirements
development.
Must possess technical experience analyzing and designing computer systems.
Possesses knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and
demonstrated ability to formulate and develop specifications and
requirements for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and
debugging computer programs.
Provides technical direction for personnel performing system and software
development tasks including the review of products for quality.
Coordinates with Delivery Manager to ensure problem solution and customer
satisfaction.
Makes recommendations for approval of major computer system installations.
Prepare milestone status reports and presentations on system concepts.
Provides daily supervision to supporting analysts and technicians as needed
to support IT Care Coordination project.
Skillsets Required:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field OR commensurate
experience is required
Candidates must have a 6-10 of Systems Analyst experience
Must have recent and detailed ETL project work (preferably designing Ab
Initio or Cognos) systems as a systems analyst
1-3 recent years of healthcare insurance project work
Adept with UML (Use Case, Activity, State Chart, and Class Diagram), ERD
and database design
Experienced with database design and SQL as a Systems Analyst
Experience using Requisite Pro, RUP, and Scrum.
Strong analytical skills, team-oriented interpersonal and communication
skills.
Excellent written, verbal and listening communications skills
Demonstrates experience within a customer focused environment
