B.S. in MIS, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of Professional Business Analyst experience •
5+ years of supporting Information Technology related projects using formal
Business Analyst methodology, techniques and tools •
Experience with the following products: Simens/Unify VOIP product suite
(OpenScape Contact Center, OpenScape Voice, OpenScape Unified
Communications, OpenScape Mobility, Xpressions Voicemail, and HiPath 4000
PBX) preferred •
Experience in IP Telephony (PRI / SIP Trunking, softphones / deskphones,
Analog, and dialing plan design) preferred
Experience in Networking (Data / Voice VLANsm, QoS, Multiple Spanning Tree,
Firewalls) preferred
Experience in SAN, VMWare Virtualization, Windows/Linux Servers, Microsoft
Exchange, Active Directory preferred
Experience with software package fit-gap analysis and documentation
Experience with functional specification development
Experience in HP Quality Center preferred
Strong leadership, administrative and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to make presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
