*Description:*
• Utilize Oracle supplied and industry standard technologies to develop and
enhance business applications per business requirements.
• Interpret functional requirements and complete technical design.
Solutions must be cost effective and technically efficient.
• Configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains ERP program codes
and applications to support business processes and functions
• Provide PeopleSoft application support.
• Perform break/fix analysis and programming for HR applications.
• Perform batch job scheduling and monitoring.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
• Maintain project timekeeping and technical documentation per standards.
• Participate in software code reviews
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills needed
to facilitate discussions, influence decision making, and manage
expectations
• Communicate technical concepts to business partners in a clear and
meaningful way.
Skills / Tools:
• 10+ Years PeopleSoft HCM (incl: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and ESS)
• 6+ Years PeopleTools development (incl. Application Designer, PeopleCode,
SQR, App Engine, Component Interface, Data Mover and Application Security)
• 6+ Years SQL DML, DDL, and PS Query
Skills Required: Yrs.
