The position requires core working hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm daily and off-shift rotation. *Preferred Skills/Experience: * AQA development methodology, SOX requirements for Financially Significant Applications, General Ledger, Mainframe. *Details:* This positions primary responsibility will be to provide development and support for multiple Customer Financial Systems following the prescribed Customer ITSM methodology and support processes. The candidate will work with customers to understand, prioritize and resolve issues related to the Customer's Closing Systems which include primary support for support of CatCom telecommunications charge back system and the Customer's internally developed General Ledger Systems. Excellent communications, inter-personal and problem solving skills are required.
