· Analyze existing tools implementation.
· Identify gaps in existing tools implementation.
· Work with customer to identify improvement areas in existing

· Work with Tools PM to create project planTechnical ownership of
improvements identified and implementation.
· Support tools team in implementation.
· SCOM implementation expertise is a must.
· Analyze existing tools implementationIdentify gaps in existing

· Agents troubleshooting.
· Alerts mgmt, suppressionPatching update.
· Documentation update.
· Should have good understanding of infrastructure management
processes; good understanding of process framework like ITIL is

basics(Oracle/SQL)
