Responsibilities:
Working directly with customers to gather and define project requirements,
including assessment of data capabilities, definition of Web site
functionality and content, reporting needs and processing details
Managing the scope of the project throughout the definition and development
period
Working with a Creative team to complete the user interface design process
(web map, wireframes, creative) and gaining approval from our customers
Documenting the project’s requirements in the form of a Technical
Requirements for the development team and a Technical Solution Document for
our customer
Partnering with the Technical Analyst, when appropriate to turnover tasks
to the development team
Managing the development timeline through implementation
Managing the budget for the development of the project
Proactively recommend new solutions or ideas to the customer which will
enhance their project and increase project revenue
Complete system documentation and turn over the project to the Business
Analyst after implementation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong understanding of relational database and Web site development process
Managing scope of technical project, while maintaining budget
Leading a large team through the development phase of a technical solution
Experience writing technical requirements for development team and customer
documents
Experience presenting to customers and running meetings
