Strong in Java and J2EE fundamentals and architecture 6. Good verbal and communication skills 7. Good grasp of Web and application servers (JBoss) 8. Strong in Database and SQL 9. Knowledgeable on container managed transactions 10. Experience in Unix scripting 11. Strong in J2EE design and patterns 12. Strong in MVC, Spring SEAM and EJB frameworks 13. JMS & MQ 14. Understanding application server clustering 15. Understanding of web tier 1 configurations 16. Strong knowledge in WebServices 17.
