* Install, configure, and manage all aspects of the VMware VSphere
environment including creating virtual machines,
installing new ESXi hosts, datastore creation, P2V,V2V migrations and
troubleshooting performance issues
* Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 administration
* Familiar with HP Blade Servers , Enclosures & Virtual Connect
* Configuration, Installation and manages the on-going operations of
Hardware, Operating System and Virtualization
* Ability to write scripts using vbscript or powershell.
* Follow policies and procedures for change and incident management.
* Take ownership of problems, escalation of issues and work with multiple
teams to get to a resolution
* Provide detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds/solutions
for recurring issues
* Ability to engage & work with vendor for high severity issue
* Communicates, assist in the day to day tasks of the other team members
and collaborates with the offhsore team members
