· SME - Oracle Applications ERP (SCM Modules)
· SME - PL/sql
· SME - Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports, Conversions and
Interfaces
*Desired skills:*
· Knowledge on CRM modules (Service Contract and Install Base) is
added advantage
· Knowledge on Java Basics will be good
*Detailed skills:*
· Should be able to interact with user and provide solutions, SPOC
for SCM Support
· Should be able to interact with other teams when needed (e.g.,
Financials / CRM Teams)
· Should be able to analyze the problems quickly and come up with
solutions
· Will have to co-ordinate with offshore support team
· Will have to part of the requirement analysis for new enhancement
/ project requirements
Will be the SPOC for month end and Quarter end support
