Duration: Long Term *Required Skills:* 7+ years of experience in developing applications using C++ 7+ years of experience in developing applications using MFC Hands on experience in handling Multi-threading application. Experience in tool like Clear Quest and Clear Case. *General:* The candidate will be responsible for Design and development of software application Will be involved in analysis and planning of the application, requirements gathering and evaluation, design, development and testing of application. Code Review. Good understanding of the process and methodology Participate in Weekly meetings - Development team meeting, meeting with Testing team on the build status Provide technical guidance to team members. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Prevention of Recurrence (PoR). Should able to read and resolve critical problems that are reported in the field. Support sustaining of the product which includes bug fixing, addressing EOL issues, debugging of field TRs, provide solutions Preparing Use case document and high level design document.
