Title:Teradata developer Location: New Brunswick, NJ Experience:8+ yrs Duration:Long term contract Start Date:ASAP Responsibilities: • Teradata is the key skill required, candidate should have excellent hand-on skills. • Must be able to design semantic layer views in Teradata with front end experience and have excellent SQL knowledge • Need Teradata DBA-level experience as well as familiarity with TD Macros & Stored Procedures. • Performance tuning, including collecting statistics, analyzing explains & determining which tables needed statistics. • Loading data from various data sources and legacy systems into Teradata production and development warehouse using BTEQ, FASTEXPORT, MULTI LOAD, FASTLOAD and Informatica. • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal; demonstrated proficiency in English required.
