§     8 + years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation
experience

§     Combined minimum of eight (8) years of operational experience
supporting PeopleSoft Financials/SCM versions 8.4 through 9.1.  This shall
include a minimum of two (2) years of support on version 8.4.

§     2 full years of PeopleSoft Financials/SCM Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) implementations, specifically with eProcurement, Purchasing,
Accounts Payable, and Commitment Control

§     8 + years of Production support experience with eProcurement,
Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Commitment Control

§     Strong understanding of business requirements, processes, and
implementation approaches for eProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable,
and Commitment Control

§     Strong writing skills and the ability to create functional
specifications, design documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.

§     Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis,
documenting design, test planning and execution, test script development
and execution, training strategy and development of training materials, and
overall implementation planning

§     Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage
PeopleSoft delivered functionality

§     Ability to understand and adhere to HRT’s documentation standards,
file design, and storage

§     Excellent issue resolution (problem diagnosis) and analytical and
troubleshooting skills

§     Leadership abilities in the development of functional skills in
others through active knowledge sharing

§     Technical proficiency with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data,
troubleshooting, developing user reports, and testing/validating source
system data

§     Technical proficiency in developing user reports with nVision

§     Ability to QA test development work and work with the technical
development team to ensure customer requirements are met

§     Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, making
presentations before groups and committees, and working and/or leading
effectively and cooperatively with staff and management
