Built on Cloud Services Manager and Microsoft technologies, this product will integrate with both private cloud platforms and multiple public clouds (e.g. Azure, AWS, etc.) to provide customers better choice and ability to select,deploy and manage services that are tailored for their business needs. The system sports a sleek and modern looking portal built on HTML 5/JavaScript served by ASP.NET MVC 4, and is back-ended by SQL Server, Microsoft System Center and Microsoft’s private and public Azure clouds. You will be developing sophisticated tests that enable our product to perform under complex load simulations and allow scalability of new feature releases within an Agile development environment. You will also recommend and utilize robust tools and automation frameworks to demonstrate the product is lightning fast and reliable. *Key Responsibilities:* • Effectively utilizes performance/load tools to analyze results, resolve performance related issues and provide optimization and tuning recommendations • Understands system architectures and dependencies, can pinpoint problem areas and can develop comprehensive test plans across multiple hardware and software tiers independently • Participates in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects • Collaboration with management, product owners, developers and quality engineers to understand product requirements and design appropriate performance test plans to verify features performance and scalability requirements • Can review and execute regression automation to assess performance expectations as well as provide feedback to the best design of automation for functionality covered • Function as a specialist that will mentor and advise the entire team on effective performance test coverage *Skills Required:* 3+ years of work experience in performance, load & stress testing across distributed systems 3+ years’ experience in Visual Studio Test Suite, Team Foundation Server, MTM as well as Selenium and other industry leading performance test suites • Hands-on experience writing test plans, test scripts and implementing testing strategies using Team Foundation Server in an Agile environment • Experience using Microsoft SQL to drive test data dependencies • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong English communication skills • Commitment to excellence and high standards *Education:* BS or equivalent degree in computer science or related field.
