*Madison, WI*
*6+ Months*
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Windows Server and Linux system administration. A lot
of the work will be on the Windows side.
Proficient in day-to-day operational support; troubleshooting ofWindows
Server, Linux and VMWare server operating environments.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Windows Server
Update Services and Microsoft System Center Configuration Management.
Strong experience analyzing and deploying operating system security patches
on both Windows Server and Linux OS computer platforms.
Understanding of Red Hat Satellite lifecycle management platform.
Basic knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers, HP Blade server and Cisco UCS
blade servers computing infrastructures.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team w/other Technologists to support
deadlines; ability to work independently as well.
Perform diagnostics on system operations to identify problems and trends.
Experience supporting a large enterprise server computing infrastructure.
Excellent communication & documentation skills; quick learner and
analytical thinker
