*Location : West Des Moines, Iowa*
*Start Date : 2nd-3rd week October*
*Interview: 3 Phone or F2F for local candidates*

*Mandatory skills : Insurance domain*
*General Position Summary**:*
The Tester will be responsible for testing various modules/functionality
within a proprietary application. The position will be responsible for test
case authoring, test execution, validation, defect logging, and retesting
of defects.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:*
Tester responsibilities
- Test case authoring
- Test Execution
- Validation
- Defect logging
- Retesting of defects
- Requirement traceability
*Job Requirements:*
- Tester: 5+ years’ experience as a tester with domain knowledge in the
insurance industry (preferred), financial or healthcare (insurance)
acceptable
- Competent in all areas of the SDLC and in-depth knowledge of software
development methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
- Excellent skills in each of the following:
- Interpersonal skills
- Oral and written communication skills including the ability to
articulate technical concepts to business leaders
